The studio is one room. It does everything — concrete floor, paint on every surface, machines running into the night.
paint on the walls, printers always warm.
A single Chicago room running every part of the work — print bay, paint wall, finishing station, shipping corner. Small enough to know every square foot. Big enough to make things at scale.
Sketches on whatever's nearest. Reference walls. Cut-and-paste collage to find the form. If a piece doesn't earn a reaction at this step, it doesn't make it past it.
Print, paint, paste, cast. Every piece touches multiple stations on the floor before it leaves. Mistakes get kept if they're better than the plan.
Sand, seal, sign, number. Documented and editioned in the same week. Boxed by hand. Out the door same week the studio finishes the final pass.
Press, collaborators, commission clients — walk the floor, see what's on the bench, take something home.
